Run To Burn More Fats

I will sleep early today, because I need to go to work early again to do 10 minutes run on the treadmill. I will start my outdoor run next summer to make sure that I keep the same energy level even if I don't go to the gym.

I am still doing my dance exercise at home because it's more fun. Running is quite boring but it burn more fats and calorie, so I will only do it for 10 to 15 minutes.

WHY? RAISING YOUR EYEBROWS?.. F*CK OFF and mind your own business. This is my life!!

Dialy running is beneficial for the body as it burns fats and maintain the body weight & cholestrol. Not more, but 10-15min. a day is suuficient especially in the morning.
